8 years in consulting and product startups taught me how to effectively communicate and balance people, business, technical and environmental needs through strategy, research, workshops and experimentation. I aim to validate assumptions early and iterate accordingly.
My approach
I apply systems thinking, behavioural science and take inspiration from indigenous cultures who live(d) in harmony with nature. Challenges of today are inextricably linked, demanding a holistic, systemic solutions.

Outside work
After 3 years of co-running Ladies that UX Amsterdam community of over 3k members, now I am mentoring designers in Lithuania.
I enjoy organising wine tasting events with a meaningful topic. In other words I design and facilitate gatherings for friends 😇 Took inspiration from the book The Art of Gathering.
